Policy on Returns and Exchanges

1Pack all the items in the original packing. Items bought as sets must be returned in sets.
2Fill in the return request form attached to the order.
3Attach a copy of the sales check, specify the method of refund (a postal order or a transfer to the bank account).

Eligibility of Items for Return or Exchange

Customers have the right to return any purchased items without defining the reason within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the moment of receiving those items from the Seller or the Seller's representatives. The items can be returned if their consumer properties, factory labels, and ready-for-sale condition are preserved.

To return the items, Customers must submit the copy of proof of purchase and fill in the Return Request Form.

Rules on returning and exchanging Items with discovered defects:

Customers are entitled to notify the Seller of any discovered defects and demand to rectify them within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the moment of the receiving the Items from the Seller or the Seller's representatives. The only exception are defects caused by improper handling of the Items by the Customer.

Customers have the right to refuse to take Items and ask for a money refund. In this case the Items must be returned to the Seller, and their consumer properties, factory labels, and ready-for-sale condition are preserved.

Products are unable to be exchanged. However, you are able to return the unwanted item(s) for a refund and place a new order for the desired item(s). 
 Must include a valid original purchase order number from Amdetech.com. 
 Returned products must be in their original packaging without any missing contents. 
 Customer will be given a Product Refund—shipping & handling fees will NOT be refunded. 
 Amdetech is not liable for lost or stolen return packages during transit/delivery. 
 The prepaid return label is not available for international returns. 
 * Promotional Gift Items: All promotional gift items are not eligible for Returns, Exchanges, or Warranties. 
 * Bundle Items: To receive a refund, you must return all items within the bundle. Whatever discounted bundled items are not returned, will convert into a full price purchase, and the order will be refunded accordingly.

We provide a 6-months consumer guarantee. Guarantee for tempered glass and protective films obtains only manufacturing defects identified before removing security seals.

In case if the product has any manufacturing defects irrespective of the length or method of using the product, email us. Please, attach a detailed description of the defect and photos. 


Cost of shipping of returned items are covered by the buyer. Once your return parcel has been received and approved, we will refund the payment to your bank account. It can take up to 14 days. Usually, it is 7 business days.
